Yes they take reservations and depending on the day u dont really need one unless its 8 or more

4pm-7pm

Is taco tuesday only for lunch on tuesdays?

I just called them in Beverly Hills. It's for lunch and dinner(all day). $1 per taco

Do you offer any "Happy Hour" deals on drinks ?

Yes....margaritas and beer

Yes they have take out. They have great Carne Asada .
